So, we wanted to show what’s going on behind the scenes at Lili Waste .
We would like to shout out to our staff out on the road and our ground staff looking after administration and legislation to keep the wheels rolling.
Obviously, we have had to reduce the amount of staff we have out on the road, some 60% of the workforce (and reducing daily) has been furloughed, they have taken this with dignity and understanding.
It’s really showed us what a fantastic team we have .
Leisure, trade, licensee etc. closures, due to government restriction have determined this… however, many business’s stay open and are producing large volumes of waste.
Our lads and lasses are out there keeping the business flow running, so the essential businesses can stay open and support the public through this surreal situation.
All of Lili Waste’s seven depots have routes running every day and we are working hard to keep density up as well as non essential waste collections taking place.
Disposal sites are chasing us for waste and incinerators are also asking us for as much waste as we can give them so they can stay functional, efficient and producing power.
We would like to reach out to any essential workers who have missed the local bin collection due to working and, if you’re on our routes, we will offer a free collection of up to 10 bags or your domestic wheelie bin.

We also can offer some chargeable bulk collections in most TN, ME, LS, HU, S, PO, CF, NP and SO postcode areas, if you cant get a skip!
