We’re delighted to share that Ryan Osborne has successfully achieved his Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Transport — a challenging milestone that marks an important step in his career.
Ryan first joined Lili Waste Services in a Customer Services role, but it wasn’t long before his prior experience and strong knowledge of transport and logistics were recognised. With our sponsorship and his dedication, Ryan has now added this prestigious qualification to his professional achievements.
Lili Waste Services is proud to have three CPC holders across its eight UK depots, which collectively handle around 500,000 containers each year. Ryan’s positive attitude, hands-on approach, and ability to tackle daily operational challenges with a smile make him a valued member of the team. Outside of work, he’s also known for bringing colleagues together — from organising social events to leading the occasional karaoke night!
