With our recent expansion to Southampton, Portsmouth and Kent, we acknowledged that it’s important to hire a second customer service manager to be able to offer the personal service our clients are used from us. After a thorough search we finally found Kim Cox behind a beautiful 1100 litre Lili Bin. We immediately knew that Kim would fit our team but after a few interviews about her background we also knew we found the best in terms of skills and that she would be a valuable addition to our team. Kim has over 12 years of experience handling all sorts of customer service queries in the waste management business and decided to continue that at the Lili headquarters. Her enthusiasm and commitment towards the Lili customers is amazing. After a 2 months training in the North she relocated from Brighton to Tonbridge to work at our new office and be able to truly offer the best customer service for our customers in Southampton, Portsmouth and Kent.
We are very excited to have Kim on board our team and already experienced first hand how she turns regular customers into smiling customers. Kim, welcome on board.
